Please read these Terms and Conditions (also referred to as the “Terms of Service” or simply the “Terms”) carefully before using this platform, including our website and/or app.

The availability and applicability of specific products and services described in these Terms may vary depending on several factors, including your jurisdiction and whether we are legally permitted to offer such services in your location. The inclusion of any service in these Terms does not guarantee that the service is available to you. Access to some or all services may be subject to obtaining the required regulatory approvals and may therefore be delayed or restricted.

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Football Goal Coin’s apps, websites, platforms, products, and services, including our Initial Coin Offering (ICO) and blockchain ecosystem. By accessing or using any part of the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Football Goal Coin products and services are hosted by Football Goal Coin Limited, which is registered in England and Wales, with Company number 14443716. For enquiries (including any complaints) please use the chat system on footballgoalcoin.com.

PART 1 – GENERAL TERMS

1. Definitions

• “Platform” means the websites, apps, and systems operated by Football Goal Coin, including footballgoalcoin.com, panel.footballgoalcoin.com, and footballgoalcoin.org. 
• “FGC” refers to Football Goal Coin (platform) and its native cryptocurrency token. 
• “User” means any person or entity accessing or using the Platform. 

2. Eligibility

You must be:

• At least 18 years of age. 
• Legally capable of entering into contracts. 
• Not a resident of a prohibited jurisdiction listed on our Prohibited Jurisdictions Page. 
• Compliant with KYC/AML procedures as determined by FGC. 

3. Account Registration

• You must create an account to access certain features. 
• You may hold only one account. 
• You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login credentials. 
• FGC may suspend or terminate accounts at its discretion, especially for non-compliance or suspicious activity. 

4. Communications

By using the platform, you consent to receive electronic communications including emails, announcements, and notices.

6. Purpose of the Platform

Football Goal Coin offers a blockchain-based crypto platform with associated services including mining, exchange, payments, lending, and borrowing. It does not provide investment advice or financial intermediation.

7. Intellectual Property

All content (texts, images, logos, software) is owned or licensed by FGC and protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may use the logo to represent the cryptocurrency for genuine reasons only.

PART 2 – TOKEN SALE TERMS

8. Pre-Sale (ICO)

• The token sale is governed by the Whitepaper and tokenomics model. 
• Terms of sale may change without notice. 
• You are responsible for understanding the token’s utility and risk. 

9. Token Issuance

• Tokens are issued after confirmation of purchase to the designated wallet. 
• You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet and private keys. 

10. Token Use

• FGC tokens are usable only within the FGC ecosystem. 
• Tokens must not be used for unlawful or fraudulent activities. 

11. No Refunds

Due to the blockchain nature of the product, all token sales are final and non-refundable unless fraud is proven with official police documentation.

12. Rewards and Incentives

Rewards may be offered but are not guaranteed and can be modified or removed at any time.

PART 3 – SERVICE-SPECIFIC TERMS

13. Mining

• Users can mine FGC based on football match data and platform-defined metrics. 
• Mining rewards, rates, and rules are subject to change without notice. 
• Exploiting the mining algorithm is prohibited. 

14. Coin Issuance

• FGC reserves the right to issue, burn, or re-issue tokens. 
• Token holding does not confer ownership of the company. 

15. Blockchain Access

• All blockchain interactions must be conducted via approved methods. 
• Blockchain data is immutable. 
• Uploading illegal or harmful content is strictly prohibited. 

16. Exchange Services

• Users may buy, sell, or swap digital assets via the FGC exchange. 
• Identity verification is mandatory. 
• Users are responsible for local legal compliance. 
• FGC is not liable for market losses or volatility. 

17. Payments (Fiat ↔ Crypto)

• FGC facilitates crypto and fiat deposits/withdrawals. 
• Transactions may be processed via third parties. 
• Transactions are subject to compliance checks and may be delayed or declined. 

18. Lending

• Users may lend crypto and earn interest. 
• Loans are not risk-free; default is possible. 
• Terms, interest, and collateral requirements will be disclosed before agreement. 

19. Borrowing

• Borrowers must provide adequate collateral. 
• Failing to maintain required collateral may trigger automatic liquidation. 
• Borrowing terms include repayment schedules and applicable penalties. 

PART 4 – LEGAL & COMPLIANCE

20. Risk Disclosure

• Cryptocurrency investments carry significant risk, including total loss. 
• Prices are volatile and may change quickly. 
• You are encouraged to seek independent advice before engaging with crypto products.

21. AML/KYC Compliance

• You agree to undergo identity checks and source-of-funds verification. 
• FGC complies with global AML/CTF regulations. 

22. Fees

Fees are detailed on our Fees Schedule and are subject to change with prior notice.

23. Termination & Suspension

FGC may suspend or terminate your account:

• If you violate these Terms. 
• If you engage in illegal activity. 
• If you are subject to international sanctions. 

24. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• Use the platform for unlawful activities. 
• Engage in market manipulation, fraud, or abuse. 
• Create multiple accounts. 
• Attempt to interfere with or exploit the system. 

25. Limitation of Liability

• All services are provided “as is” with no warranties. 
• FGC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. 

26. Jurisdiction & Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of English courts.

27. Amendments

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms. Users will be notified via email or platform notifications.

28. Entire Agreement

These Terms (including the Whitepaper, Privacy Policy, and other referenced documents) represent the entire agreement between you and FGC.
