Restricted Jurisdictions, Prohibited Countries & Individuals

To maintain compliance with international laws and protect the integrity of our platform, Football Goal Coin (“FGC”) does not permit access to our services from certain jurisdictions. 

Users residing in or accessing the platform from these countries are strictly prohibited from using any part of the Football Goal Coin ecosystem, including but not limited to wallet creation, staking, token purchases, exchange features, or rewards-based participation.

List of Prohibited Countries

Users from the following countries or regions are not permitted to register for or use the FGC platform:

  • Afghanistan

  • Belarus

  • Central African Republic

  • Democratic Republic of the Congo

  • Cuba

  • Iran

  • Iraq

  • Libya

  • North Korea

  • Russia

  • Somalia

  • South Sudan

  • Sudan

  • Syria

  • Venezuela

  • Yemen

  • Zimbabwe

  • Any country currently subject to international sanctions or trade restrictions by the UK, US, EU, or UN

This list may be updated from time to time in line with regulatory, legal, or risk-based considerations. It is the responsibility of each user to ensure they are not accessing the platform from a prohibited jurisdiction.

Sanctioned Individuals and Entities

In addition to country-level restrictions, FGC prohibits access by individuals or entities listed on sanctions lists, including but not limited to:

  • UK HM Treasury Sanctions List

  • US OFAC Sanctions List

  • EU Sanctions List

  • United Nations Consolidated List

We conduct regular screening of user activity and reserve the right to block or terminate any account found to be in violation of these restrictions.

Why These Restrictions Exist

These measures are in place to:

  • Comply with international laws and sanctions

  • Prevent illicit activities such as money laundering and terrorist financing

  • Protect the integrity and security of the FGC platform and its users
