These FGC Mining App Terms apply to the download, installation and use of the FGC Mining App.
The FGC Mining App is intended to provide users with access to FGC mining-related features, goal mining information, app-based interaction with the FGC mining model, and related blockchain information.
The FGC Mining App does not mine cryptocurrency using the processing power of a user’s device. The app does not turn a mobile phone or tablet into a crypto-mining device.
The app is connected to the FGC mining model, where professional football goals may be linked to blockchain-based FGC issuance through the FGC Blockchain.
The app does not provide exchange services, trading services, payment services, wallet custody services, custody services, investment services, financial advice, lending services, borrowing services, staking services, betting services or prediction markets.
1. Introduction
These FGC Mining App Terms apply to your download, access and use of the FGC Mining App.
The FGC Mining App is provided by FGC BLOCKCHAIN LIMITED, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17305493.
By downloading, accessing or using the FGC Mining App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not download, access or use the App.
2. About the FGC Mining App
The FGC Mining App is intended to provide access to features connected to FGC mining, goal mining, the FGC Blockchain and blockchain-based FGC issuance.
FGC mining is a football-focused mining model where professional football goals may be connected to the blockchain-based issuance of FGC.
The App is designed to support access to FGC mining-related information, activity, records, features or tools, depending on the version of the App available at the time.
3. App Store Downloads
The FGC Mining App may be made available through official app stores, including Apple App Store, Google Play or other approved distribution channels.
You should only download the FGC Mining App from official or verified sources.
The App may also be subject to the terms, rules and policies of the relevant app store or device provider. Those terms apply separately between you and the relevant app store or provider.
FGC BLOCKCHAIN LIMITED is not responsible for any third-party app store, device provider, operating system, marketplace, download platform or external service.
4. No On-Device Crypto Mining
The FGC Mining App does not use your mobile device to perform cryptocurrency mining through device processing power.
The App does not use your phone or tablet to mine cryptocurrency by running energy-intensive calculations, background mining processes or hardware-based mining activity.
FGC mining is connected to the FGC Blockchain, goal mining model and blockchain-based issuance process. It is not intended to operate by using a user’s mobile device as mining hardware.
5. No Exchange, Trading or Financial Service
The FGC Mining App is not an exchange, trading platform, payment service, investment service, wallet custody service, lending service, borrowing service, staking service, betting service or prediction market.
The App does not provide financial advice, investment advice, legal advice, tax advice or trading advice.
Nothing in the App should be treated as a recommendation, invitation or instruction to buy, sell, exchange, trade, hold, spend or use any cryptocurrency or digital asset.
6. No Wallet Custody
Unless expressly stated otherwise, the FGC Mining App does not provide wallet custody services.
FGC BLOCKCHAIN LIMITED does not hold user funds, store private keys, store recovery phrases, control user wallets, recover lost wallets, reverse blockchain activity or move FGC on behalf of users.
Users are responsible for their own wallet access, recovery details, private keys, passwords, devices and security.
If you use any wallet software, blockchain address or third-party wallet service in connection with the App, you do so at your own responsibility and subject to the terms of that wallet or service.
7. User Responsibility
You are responsible for how you use the FGC Mining App.
You must ensure that your use of the App is lawful in your country, region or location.
You are responsible for your device security, internet connection, login details, account access, wallet details, recovery information and any information you choose to provide through the App.
You must not use the App for unlawful purposes, fraudulent activity, unauthorised access, system interference, misuse of blockchain data, abuse of app functionality or any activity that may damage the App, website, blockchain network, servers or other users.
8. App Accounts and Access
Some App features may require registration, login details, permissions, device access or user information.
You must provide accurate information when using the App and must keep any account or login details secure.
We may suspend, restrict or remove access to the App or certain features where we reasonably believe there has been misuse, attempted misuse, security risk, technical risk, breach of these Terms or unlawful activity.

We may update, add, remove, suspend, restrict or change App features, functions, content, access requirements, compatibility, technical settings or availability.
We do not guarantee that every feature will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free or compatible with every device, operating system or location.

10. Mining Records and Blockchain Activity
The App may display or interact with information connected to FGC mining, goal mining, blockchain records, issuance activity, network data or related information.
Blockchain activity may be irreversible. Records, balances, mining information, issuance information, timestamps or network data may depend on blockchain activity, technical systems, data sources, network status or other factors.
We aim to provide clear information, but we do not guarantee that App data will always be complete, current, uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for your particular purpose.
11. Risks
Cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, mining models, software and digital assets involve risk.
Risks may include technical risk, software risk, network risk, cyber-security risk, user-error risk, device risk, data risk, regulatory risk, volatility risk, liquidity risk, loss of access risk and third-party service risk.
You should only use the App if you understand these risks and are willing to take responsibility for your own decisions.

12. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the FGC Mining App, website, software, content, designs, branding, graphics, technical materials, App structure, App features, code, documentation and related materials belong to FGC BLOCKCHAIN LIMITED or are used with permission.
You are granted a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for lawful purposes in accordance with these Terms.
You must not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, reproduce, distribute, sell, license, exploit, interfere with or create derivative works from the App or any part of it unless we have given prior written permission or applicable law expressly allows it.

- Attempt unauthorised access to accounts, systems, data or networks

- Provide false or misleading information
- Copy, scrape, extract or harvest App data without permission

We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their content, availability, accuracy, operation, security, terms, privacy practices or user experience.

This includes loss of profit, loss of business, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of goodwill, loss of opportunity, wasted management time, loss of cryptocurrency, loss of wallet access, loss caused by user error, third-party service issues, app store issues, device failure, network issues, unauthorised access, cyber-security events or any indirect or consequential loss.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
18. Termination or Suspension
We may suspend, restrict or terminate your access to the App if we reasonably believe that you have breached these Terms, misused the App, created a security risk, provided false information, attempted unauthorised access, or used the App unlawfully.
We may also suspend or discontinue the App, or any part of it, for technical, operational, legal, security or business reasons.
19. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Any updated version will be published on this website or made available through the App. By continuing to use the App after updated Terms are published, you agree to the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
